WARRANTY
Silo Silver provides a one year warranty against damage due to fabrication defects under normal use of the product. This includes custom and non-custom pieces. I reserve the right to inspect the item to determine if it has been abused in any way, including exposure to harsh chemicals or damaging impacts. If your item falls within the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. For cherished items that fall beyond the warranty, I provide product services at a reasonable rate. Please contact me for questions regarding warranty and get my approval before shipping items back to me. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.

After your 1 year has expired, again I provide product services charging for supplies and labor. Please contact me about this before shipping anything back to me!
RETURN POLICY
Custom Orders: All custom pieces are handcrafted one at a time. While they are designed to your specific requests and liking, I as the artist put my own touch on each piece, making them all unique and one of a kind. Because of this, all custom order sales are final.
If you feel that I have misread or misinterpreted your design requests, please contact me within 30 days to discuss this. I will make it right if at all possible, and if not you can ship the item back and you will be offered a refund *minus your deposit.
Non-custom Orders: If you are unsatisfied with a non-custom piece you have purchased from me, you have 30 days to return it and you will be refunded *minus shipping costs.
Cleaning and Care
Protect your jewelry against hard or abrasive surfaces. Regularly examine jewelry to ensure settings, clasps, and joinings are secure. Typically, silver that is worn regularly requires less cleaning! I recommend removing your jewelry for water related or laborious activity. Jewelry containing oxidized designs and stones can be damaged by cosmetics, extreme temperatures, household chemicals, and ultrasonic cleaning. To clean jewelry, I recommend a polishing cloth which can usually be found at local jewelry stores, Walmart, Target, Kmart etc, or you can order one from me! I offer complimentary cleaning and antiquing *minus shipping costs. Always contact me before shipping items to me.
